GENERAL REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Registrants must register under their own company and/or individual name. MacIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel any MacIT registration. In such cases, the registration fees will be refunded.
In addition, MacIT reserves the right to, in it sole discretion, refuse entrance to the show and/or remove any individual from the show whose behavior is disruptive and/or is not consistent with the character and purpose of the show.
- Discounts on registration fees are valid on NEW registrations ONLY and must be redeemed / noted at time of initial registration.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for a discount after the initial registration.
- No Purchase Orders will be accepted.
- A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- Checks will NOT be accepted during On-Site Registration.
Cancellations / Refunds
Except as otherwise provided, all registration fees are non-refundable, including all cancellations, and credentials are non-transferable.
Be sure to hold on to your badge and badge holder once you receive your materials. Any onsite badge reprints will be subject to a $50 charge.
Any registrant who falsifies information in order to register and/or obtain admittance and/or fails to maintain control of badges (i.e. allows a badge to be used by anyone else) may be barred from participating and/or ejected from MacIT.
All attendees agree to be photographed by show management, and allow show management to post pictures on event web site and any marketing collateral. By entering MacIT, you consent to release all personal rights to any show images owned/produced by MacIT Management and all exhibitors.
All matters not covered by these guidelines are subject to the discretion of MacIT show management.
These guidelines may be changed by MacIT show management at any time without notice.
