Senior Mac Systems Administrator, AccuWeather, Inc.
Tom Carey serves as the Senior Mac Systems Administrator for AccuWeather, Inc. – the world’s leading commercial weather service. With over 20 years of experience at AccuWeather, Tom has provided expertise and leadership on a variety of weather- and technical-related fields, including graphic design and digital weather services. When not attending to his daily IT responsibilities, Tom, along with his wife and daughter, own and operate a Certified Organic Farm in the rural farmlands of central Pennsylvania.


Richard Cosme
Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines
Born in Manila, Philippines where I was instantly fascinated with my dad’s Commodore 64. From there I’ve been in IT for over 20 years now with a background that includes Computer Hardware Engineering and Production, Telecom, Network and various SysAdmin positions. I have been with Royal Caribbean for about 10 years and am currently a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. My main focus for the past 5 years has been on Apple’s OS Xand iOS platforms where our team supports a Shipboard environment of about 200 Apple Servers and over 10,000 Mac OS X clients in multiple “floating” data centers all over the globe. We also manage and support RCCL’s Shoreside infrastructure for our Creative Team’s in-house digital content (photos & videos) for all our brands (Royal, Celebrity, Pulmantur & TUI) at our Miramar, FL and Culpeper, VA data centers.

Neal Flanagan
AT&T Emerging Solutions Practice
Neal Flanagan is a principal in AT&T’s Industry Solutions Practice (ISP). As a member of the Emerging Solutions Team, Neal provides thought leadership, project management and sales planning around key new innovative products as they mature to commercial release.  Through various roles within AT&T over the previous 6 years, Neal has consulted with well over a thousand business clients for selection and deployment of mobile devices and mobile applications.  Most recently he has been involved with projects centered on the use of Passbook and iBeacons to enhance next generation mobile experiences.

Neal is well regarded for his expertise on Apple mobile devices and computers.  He currently holds a number of professional I.T. certifications from Apple in both iOS and OS X.  Neal is also active with the Apple Consultants Network on behalf of AT&T, including managing the day-to-day relationship with the AT&T/Apple Consultants Network.  Neal has been a frequent guest speaker at Apple sponsored business events representing AT&T and their mobile applications portfolio.

Prior to AT&T, Neal worked at Verizon Wireless where he managed wireless accounts for Federal, State and local Government.
